    FHS Assessment Updates 2020-2021

AP Exam RegistrationWe are awaiting word from the state government on whether we can hold state assessments (SBA & WCAS) this year.

We await guidance from the state legislature on whether there will be waivers this year for seniors unable to meet state testing requirements due to COVID restrictions.

The PSAT for grades 10 and 11 have been cancelled.

The Grade 11 SAT exam in March is still on the schedule but may be cancelled if we are not in school in-person by then.

Students must register for AP exams online by Thursday, November 12. Payment for exams will take place in February.

College Entrance Tests (ACT, COMPASS, MPT, SAT)

For questions regarding College Entrance Tests, contact your counselor for more information.

If you are a junior and have not signed up to take one of these tests, and plan to apply to a 4 year college, sign up in the Spring. Fee waivers for these tests are available (from your counselor) for students who have free or reduced lunch.

If you are a senior, plan to take the SAT or ACT once more in the Fall to make sure you have your best score available for colleges.
