    Our Franklin Teen Health Center is a FREE service for students to get medical health care and is operated by Kaiser Permanente, with funding support from the City of Seattle’s Families and Education Levy. For routine care, students need to complete a registration form with their parent/guardian’s signature. Please note this signature is not needed for confidential care.

    When is the Clinic Open, and How Do I Make an Appointment?

    The clinic is open 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m., Monday - Friday during the school year. Appointments can be made over the phone 206-326-2750, or in person with the THC Office Coordinator.
