Teen Health Center Services | School Year 2020-21

Franklin Teen Health Center staff are working remotely during school closure for COVID-19. We are providing telephone visits, video visits and in-person care for students. To connect with Teen Health Center staff, call the Kaiser Permanente School Based Health Center voicemail for any non-urgent concerns such as illness or injury, refills for medication prescribed by the Teen Health Center, sexual health issues or if you are feeling worried or sad.

    Call 206-381-4182

Please leave a voicemail with name (spell first and last name slowly), good phone number and the reason why you are calling. A medical provider or mental health counselor will call you back. Voicemail is checked M-F from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Seattle Public School Students can use this service. This is not a crisis service. If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911. If you are having a mental health crisis, please call 206-461-3221.
