Athletic Registration

Franklin Athletic Registration

We are now offering the convenience of online Athletics registration through FamilyID.

When you register through FamilyID, the system keeps track of your information in your FamilyID profile. You enter your information only once for each family member for multiple sports.


Students will need a current physical (within 2 years) and health insurance information if signing up for sports at Franklin for the first time.

Athletic registration is open for Spring season. Spring sports begin on February 28, 2022.

Athletics registration must be completed and approved BEFORE students can participate in tryouts and/or practices.

Pay ASB fee and/or any additional team fees or fines on SchoolPay via the Source.

Fall sports will begin in late August but some teams will have off-season workouts. Sign up/register to get an early start with coaches leading the work!

Winter sports are closed for the 2021-2022 season and will reopen for the 2022-23 season.

It will be helpful to have the following information handy to allow for accurate completion of your online registration.

  • Physical Paperwork
  • Doctor Information
  • Health Insurance Information
  • Student ID

Follow these steps:

  1. First time using FamilyID? Create a FamilyID account
    • Create your secure FamilyID account by entering the account owner First and Last names (parent/guardian), E-mail address and password. Select I Agree to the FamilyID Terms of Service. Click Create Account.
    • You will receive an email with a link to activate your new account. (If you don’t see the email, check your E-mail filters (spam, junk, etc.).
    • Click on the link in your activation E-mail, which will log you in to
  2. Log in to FamilyID
  3. Select the registration form under the word Programs.
  4. Read the information on the page and then scroll down and click the blue Register Now button.
  5. Complete the information requested. All fields with a red* are required to have an answer.
  6. Click the Continue button when your form is complete. Review your registration summary for accuracy.
  7. Click the green Submit button.
    • After selecting ‘Submit’, the registration will be complete. You will receive a completion email from FamilyID confirming your registration.
  8. Click the green Pay & Submit button
  9. On the next screen, click on Proceed to Payment to be directed to the payment processor (Schoolpay).
  10. After you click Pay, you will receive a completion email from the payment processor confirming your payment and an email from FamilyID confirming your registration.

At any time, you may log in to FamilyID to update your information and to check your registration(s). To view a completed registration, select the ‘Registration’ tab on the blue bar.
