Senior Send-Off Committee Meeting

April 26, 2023, 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm

Graduation season is nearly upon us! As the Graduation Coordinator this year, I am seeking input from staff, students, and families on the Senior Send-Off process, which includes handing out caps and gowns, prom ticket sales, suggestions/support for teachers supporting seniors that still need to work to meet graduation requirements, and the senior check-out process.

If you’d like to participate or share your thoughts, there are two ways you can support this process! First, please complete this survey to provide feedback, concerns, and suggestions. Second, you are invited to join the committee meeting on Wednesday, April 26th 4-5 PM. Folks that indicate they’d like to serve on the committee in the survey will get a meeting invite with more information. Location is TBD!

I acknowledge this is a quick turnaround! The goal is to have a robust, equitable, and efficient plan to share with seniors at their next senior class meeting on May 9th so there are no surprises as we get closer to graduation.
