Interim CDA Seeking Spring WILD Program Participants

group photo outside Imperial House 520

Interim CDA is currently recruiting for their Spring Wilderness Inner-City Leadership Development (WILD) Service-Learning Program.

Through an experiential education model, WILD fosters confident, informed, compassionate, civically-engaged refugee and immigrant youth leaders. Annually, WILD primarily serves low-income Asian and Pacific Islanders ages 14-19, through their year-round environmental justice leadership development program.

WILD Youth critically deconstruct the way systemic racism leads to communities of color bearing the brunt of environmental injustice and climate change. WILD grounds youth in their community through strengthening ties with elders. They believe intergenerational learning deepens youths’ commitment to service and leads to a deeper cultural connection and understanding.

Learn more information about Interim CDA WILD Leadership Development Program. Contact WILD Program Manager Sky Kili at skili@interimcda.org if you have any further questions.
