Seattle Public School Students can use this service. This is not a crisis service. If you are having a medical emergency, please call 911. If you are having a mental health crisis, please call 206-461-3221.

Our Franklin Teen Health Center is a FREE service for students to get medical health care and is operated by Kaiser Permanente, with funding support from the City of Seattle’s Families and Education Levy.

For routine care, students need to complete a registration form with their parent/guardian’s signature. Please note this signature is not needed for confidential care.
